This website and online store are operated by nuzzellepets™, a pet-supply brand operated by Fetch N Go Pet & Feed Supply LLC. Throughout these Terms, “nuzzellepets™,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Fetch N Go Pet & Feed Supply LLC.

We provide this website, its content, shopping features, customer tools, products, and related services collectively as the “Services.” Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which supplies the ecommerce technology used to present and process purchases.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

These Terms contain important provisions concerning payment obligations, warranties, dispute responsibilities, and limitations of liability.

5. Availability and Purchase Limits

Customers must provide a complete and deliverable address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information submitted at checkout.

Where permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a shipment transfers to the customer when delivery is completed at the address provided. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers must obtain return authorization before sending an item back. Products mailed without approval, sent to an unauthorized location, or returned outside the applicable period may be refused.

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify. Shopify supplies technology that helps us make the Services available, but purchases from nuzzellepets™ are transactions directly between the customer and Fetch N Go Pet & Feed Supply LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of our pet products and is not responsible for product quality, order fulfillment, customer service decisions, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from purchases made from us.

Nothing in this section removes any responsibility that Shopify may have under its own directly applicable terms or applicable law.

17. Privacy

Information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s own privacy documentation.

Because Shopify hosts the store, certain information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers to operate checkout, detect fraud, complete payments, provide analytics, deliver orders, and maintain website functionality.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that data may be processed in countries outside your place of residence, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Customer Content submitted by you
Fraudulent or unauthorized conduct attributable to you

We may participate in the defense of a covered claim and will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

24. Severability

The remaining provisions will continue in full force.
